If you’re reading this it’s probably because you want something more in your life and you’re just not sure how to get it. I appreciate this, as I have been in the same place myself. Life coaching offers you the opportunity to take stock of your life and re-adjust the direction you were heading in.

My clients are motivated, smart, resourceful people but are stuck in one key area of their life (for example career, relationships, health and fitness to name a few). Perhaps you are having feelings of self-doubt or fear. Maybe you feel unfulfilled generally? Perhaps you are simply suffering from low energy levels (which cannot be attributed to a health problem). Or you want to lose weight and get fit? Whatever your “problem”, life coaching can help you overcome it.

Previous clients have started to notice the positive changes almost immediately, not only in the area that they were focusing on, but also in other areas of their lives. Even their friends and family noticed these positive changes.

•    are committed to making changes.  A commitment to a series of coaching sessions is an excellent start but you will need to implement your action plan in your everyday life to get real change.
•    are open to new ways of thinking.  If you do what you have always done, you will always get the same results.  I will help you to identify and change unsupportive thought patterns that are holding you back.
•    are willing to take immediate action.  If you use the energy and momentum you get during the sessions you will find it much easier to take action.
•    are realistic.  In this day and age of instant results, people expect instant change. Changing your thoughts and behaviour may take time, but it will still happen faster than if you did it alone.
